AMD will release a quad-core Sempron
Recently, we learned that AMD is preparing to release three processors in the performance of FM2, relating to the line of Athlon.
This new information was added, according to which generation Trinity processor and will boast a brand Sempron, which rumors have already written off the scrap.
The line will include Athlon processors with one or two modules Piledriver (two and four cores). Graphic part, as in the Athlon performed FM1, will be disabled. Dual-core models will receive 1 MB cache second level module, quad 2 MB. Will be supported by modern technology AMD, such as Turbo Core 3.0 and Virtualization AMD-V, and also claimed to support the AES instructions and AVX. Sempron processor family will be different limited to 1 MB cache sizes of the second level, as well as an integrated memory controller DDR3-1600. In the junior line will also include a model with two cores, and the first quad-core models of the brand Sempron.
