Unfortunately, when will the port of Android 4.1 for the Atom, and when the OS can be seen on the respective devices is still unknown.
As you know, smart phones based on Intel took a modest part of the market, and is still relevant for them is the Android OS version 2.3 Gingerbread. To delay the upgrade of the operating system Intel absolutely contraindicated, or the company risks permanently losing this segment.
Among the companies which issued a smartphone with an Intel processor and OS Gingerbread – Lava International and Orange. Lenovo has released a smartphone in China K800 Intel Medfield platform running Android 2.3.7, and Motorola is going to present only the tablets and smartphones on the Intel platform and operating system Android.
