Barnes and Noble: Nook a Simple Touch with a backlit display Glowlight

The market for e-reader is in turmoil. The U.S. market is the scene of a bitter struggle between two giants: Amazon and Barnes and Noble. But we do not learn anything.

The host of this wood evoked ago less than a week the hypothesis of a new generation Kindle with a black and white display backlighting. The idea does not please everyone, especially the purists of the E-Ink screen and fans of the little pocket of light under the covers. Because the main defect of the E-Ink technology is unable to read at night without external lighting – or in any conditions of very low luminosity.
Thus Barnes and Noble takes the ball before his beloved competitor. Nate Hoffelder, Editor for The Digital Reader, got more explicit photos of an upcoming model reader Nook, Nook Baptist Simple Touch, sporting a backlit display, named Glowlight. In fact, the light source is behind the screen E-Ink 6 inches. Finally, the source of Mr. Hoffelder announces an output for a Thursday. Hopefully – no very clear – that the revelation of the model is done tomorrow. But an announcement next week seems more likely for our fellow blogger. It is hung next to the information we will notify you as soon as possible.
