According to the company Kingston Digital, announced the availability of a series of solid state drives SSDNow V300, the devices are “powerful solution for modernization” of existing desktop and mobile PCs.
In SSDNow V300 drives used controllers LSI SandForce Flash Storage Processor (FSP) and 19-nm flash memory devices such as NAND.
