IBM and Vodafone decided to combine their efforts to create management technology “smart homes.” The first joint developments are presented at the International Consumer Electronics Show IFA, recently held in Berlin.

Announced for months, Vodafone has unveiled this morning its new ADSL / Fibre premium called “Evolution neufbox” box with its new generation and new services for 34.90 euros per month.
The result of over two years of research and development, “neufbox Evolution” is a new box 40% smaller than the previous generation, composed of 70% of recyclable items and the box becomes more energy efficient market with a power consumption of less than 7 watts. Three buttons “Eco” (extinction of VoIP, CPL, flow control Ethernet ports and brightness of the lights), “WiFi” and “on / off” were also added.
