A former Sony employee accuses Nintendo of stealing a patent$
The Nintendo 3DS was released in March 2011 and highlighted its strength is its 3D display without glasses. But Seijiro Tomita, a former employee of Sony, Nintendo Justice attack for patent infringement in the District of New York. Indeed, Big N would have inspired the invention of Tomita to create its portable console.

Seijiro Tomita worked at Sony for over 30 years and has filed over 70 patents. After a long career as an engineer, the man retired in 2002. A year later, he has one of them responsible for Big N 7: A technology for displaying 3D on a screen, all without glasses. Seijiro Tomita took good care of his discovery patented in Japan, and later the United States in 2008. But in 2011, the 3DS is released, and the console uses this technology.
