The company introduced the Phanteks low profile CPU cooler PH-TC90LS, which by design is well suited for use in a HTPC. Cooler height is only 45 mm (without a fan – 27 mm). According to the specifications, the new product is designed for processors, the TDP of less than 130W.

In the depths of the aluminum fins, nickel-plated, concealed three copper heat pipes with a diameter of 6 mm. This product has been applied technologies PATS (Physical Antioxidant Thermal Shield) and C.P.S.C. (Cold Plasma Spraying Coating), that will improve the cooling efficiency and improve heat dissipation.
