According to the company Kingston Digital, announced the availability of a series of solid state drives SSDNow V300, the devices are “powerful solution for modernization” of existing desktop and mobile PCs.

In SSDNow V300 drives used controllers LSI SandForce Flash Storage Processor (FSP) and 19-nm flash memory devices such as NAND. This allows for sequential read and write up to 450 MB / s, which surpasses performance of hard drives.

The series includes storage size 2.5-inch SATA 6 Gb / s. Volume models is 60, 120 and 240 GB. On write operations in blocks of 4 KB random access entry-level indicator shows 60,000 IOPS, average – 55,000 IOPS, senior – 43,000 IOPS. For read performance of all three models is equal to 85,000 IOPS.

Resource Series drives SSDNow V300, expressed as the total amount of recorded information, is 32, 64 and 128 TB for models with 60, 120 and 240 GB, respectively.

On drives that are available as stand-alone products and kits to upgrade your PC, including software for data transfer, cables and other accessories, three-year warranty applies.
