The exhibition, MSI at Computex 2013 there was a place for a new motherboard E1-2500I-E33. The novelty is characterized by the standard size of Mini-ITX and installed in the processor socket APU AMD E1-2500 – the representative of the family of Kabini.

AMD E1-2500 is not representative of the flagship series E – is a step up model E2-3000, however, in the MSI decided to use it. In the configuration of the APU, we recall, is a dual-core 1.4 GHz CPU, GPU Radeon HD 8240 memory controller and DDR3L-1333 memory. For cooling the hybrid processor in this case corresponds to a compact aluminum radiator with a more compact fans. Given that the TDP E1-2500 is 15 watts, features such CPU cooler should be enough.

The very system board has two full-size slots for RAM and a slot PCI-Express x16 (electrical – x4) – a standard set of cards for this size. At the same time, the developers provided in E1-2500I-E33 presence slot Mini PCI Express, which, for example, can be used to install a wireless adapter.

In addition, MSI E1-2500I-E33 is endowed with two ports SATA 3 Gb / s, a pair of USB 3.0 ports and HDMI video outputs D-Sub, and on the rear panel.
