Here, we did not see the end of the world December 21, 2012 and we finished last year to get a new walk-in 2013. Suddenly, all JDG Network team wishes you a Happy New Year 2013!
The year 2012 is over, and like every year since the inception of New-Digital-Gadgets.com is past at breakneck speed, the JDG course continues to grow, we are always independent and it is always a pleasure to have you with us.
It happened so much this year. Compared to the years before, 2012 was the year of the confirmation of our partnership with Game One and JT. In passing, I would like to thank Jean-Marc, Julien Pierre, and many others for the trust they have given us and allow us to discover a little world of TV.
We also can not miss our partnership with Le Monde de l’Image, which allowed us to really discover the world of clipboard. For those who have not fully followed, participated in the preparation of their Digital Guide for summer and year-end. A big thank you to Benedict for the project and trust.
2012 was also the year of the fifth edition of the Geek’s Live and once again, we can only thank you for your support since the edition was a huge success with no less than 3500 people (40%) of place the day J. With so many people, it is probably time for us to rethink our formula a bit, we’ll see what 2013 will bring.
Continuation of 2011 and 2012 so now, there is always the chance to be totally independent and not part of a large media company or brand. So yes, we have fewer resources than others and done with, but on the other hand, it forces us to do more and that’s what we love, be challenger, it is so much easier and funky actually. We thank our host Typhon who obviously still doing a great job and happens to absorb your visit while you are ever more numerous.
In the meantime, we are preparing for CES 2013 which starts next week. As every year, with JDG Team, we will try to cover more of the event. The year 2013 promises to be with lots of projects but chuuuut, you talk about in due time. If it comes to numbers because you like it, you are now more than 80,000 members (60%) on the JDG Network, more than 43,000 fans (90%) on Facebook, more than 147,000 subscribers (250%) on Twitter, more than 20 million page views per month (80%) on the JournalduGeek.com with nearly 6 million monthly visits (50%), always on the JournalduGeek.com.
Finally, we thank you for your loyalty and support, and as I often say, without you, there would be nothing so thanks. Your criticisms and move us even if we do not answer you always on time, we do not know anything because the adventure JDG continues to motivate us to the highest point. There are plenty of things to do and to improve, we’re working on, I promise.
