Mark Zuckerberg would embark on political lobbying

Mark-Zuckerberg
Mark Zuckerberg, along with other major players in Silicon Valley, could enter politics. Well, not exactly, because the man does not mandate particular, but could create a lobby that could help to pass specific laws.

This is the Wall Street Journal reveals the case. Facebook boss would indeed relax immigration laws and obtaining U.S. citizenship. The goal is of course to enjoy all employees, even non-US companies which are sometimes forced to move because of the rigidity of the immigration laws.

The lobby, which provides a fundraiser for $ 50 million, counts among its ranks Reid Hoffman, founder of LinkedIn, and Joe Green, a fellow at Harvard Zuckerberg. Facebook’s dad has already raised millions and give all the necessary tools to ensure that the immigration bill passes.

A common practice in the United States, political lobbying is commonplace. Note that Mark Zuckerberg is rather evasive about his political orientation, helping turn the Democratic Party and the Republican Party. Last month, he organized a fundraiser for the reelection of Republican governor of New Jersey, Chris Christie and met several times with President Barack Obama during his presidential campaign last year.
